Deal payment stub for settlement / remittance. Invoice and Stripe descriptor = coach legal entity. PL is limited payment agent for the Career Coach only. Path: PL charge → RAL/firm 83% Connect → coach remittance from firm share → PL 17%.

Remittance reads Career Coach Intake. Choose coach legal entity from Intake (Approve → cc-intake.json). Connect acct_… fields remain for later (CcOn-004) — paste is not required for this story. No inventing a free-typed person. Lead is never a recipient. Live Deal Flow charge path unchanged / not required here.

Release remittance

Deal Flow settlement path: PL charge → full RAL 83% to RAL Connect → coach remittance from RAL Connect to Career Coach Connect. Live release calls intake /api/coach/deal-flow-charge (requires STRIPE_SECRET_KEY). Record-only path still available for audit without Stripe.
