Contract authorizations

A Career Coach creates the Contract. You authorize the two exceptions. Each authorization works once and is saved in the audit trail.

This Contract is between the Career Coach and the employer only. RotorMatch hosts it. Placement Loop handles payments as a limited payment agent for the Career Coach. RotorLife Solutions and Placement Loop are not parties. RotorMatch's own platform terms cover use of RotorMatch.

Otherwise duplicates are blocked. This does not authorize changing the RO's Career Coach, employer or counterparty.

Otherwise only the Career Coach on the RO can create its Contract.

You can't authorize a Contract you create yourself as a Career Coach. Another Loop Admin has to.
