Create Contract from accepted Recruiting Order

A Contract may be created only from an accepted Recruiting Order. Coach legal entity is the RO counterparty, invoice, and Stripe descriptor.

No live Stripe. This Contract is between the Career Coach and the employer only. RotorMatch hosts it. Placement Loop handles payments as a limited payment agent for the Career Coach. RotorLife Solutions and Placement Loop are not parties. RotorMatch's own platform terms cover use of RotorMatch.

Contract from accepted RO

The Career Coach, employer and RO counterparty come from the accepted RO. Changing any of them needs its own Loop Admin authorization.
